  U.S. Martial Arts is the premier Tae Kwon Do school anywhere around! Master Mary Lewis has devoted her life to all aspects of Tae Kwon Do and is a GREAT teacher. She teaches everything, not only from the physical standpoint (forms; kicking combinations; sparring the right way, etc.), but aspect the mental aspect (respect; history of Tae Kwon Do; the basics of the Korean language; self-awareness; self-discipline; self-confidence, etc.). Master Mary definitely loves the Tae Kwon Do discipline - why don't you give it a try? I HIGHLY RECOMMEND U.S. Martial Arts and Master Mary Lewis!
