    We called to see if they have any availability. They said they do and we can check in as soon as we arrive. The lady at the disk was clueless. First she said there was no rooms available in the middle of the night. Then we called Hyatt customer service and they said there is. It took her a long time to manage the system and activate a room key for us !!! Then we asked for a bassinet, she said we don’t have anything for babies!!! What kind of hotel that doesn’t carry bassinets for babies!!! Asked for extra blankets, she said no !!! Well I really give her the benefit of the doubt that she might be new and learning but no one else was there to help her help us make our stay comfortable. I was surprised from this after reading good reviews and knowing that Hyatt has high standards of customer service. But not this one.

    Very nice hotel. Friendly,accommodating staff. Excellent food at a nice price 24/7, complimentary breakfast, decent fitness center. Ultra convenient location
